Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Washington Township

As a former GM of CRG, I know what to expect at their restaurants. Exceptional service and exceptional food. Both were met with perfection for our group of six. When I'm put in charge of picking where we are taking our boss, I'm typically going to pick a CRG restaurant. My team's steaks were cooked perfectly, and the two of us who had the sea bass were impressed. I was sad to see the sugar cream pie gone, but you can't go wrong with Madi's doughnuts!!! Good experience, nice ambiance and great service!

A buddy and I met for dinner after work Monday and settled into a table in Ambrosia’s bar, one of our favorite spots. We’ve become creatures of habit, but the bruschetta makes a persuasive argument against personal growth: toasted Tuscan bread, tomatoes, basil, olive oil and garlic. Why tamper with that? He followed with the Rustica pasta, a hearty combination of Italian sausage, peppers, onions and marinara. I had the grouper special with Sicilianna sauce and sautéed spinach over Parmesan risotto, an excellent reason to venture beyond my usual order. A lovely Italian Sauvignon Blanc rounded out the evening. Dave Butts’ service was stellar as always, and James, the assistant general manager, added to the warm welcome. Ambrosia Hospitality Group understands that a favorite restaurant earns its place through both the food and the people. This one keeps earning ours.

The service and food are exquisite! The seasonal menu never disappoints.

Had not been to Northside Social in several years but it did not disappoint. Food, ambience and service were top notch. Our server Micheal was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely not be so long coming back.
