Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Clarkston

This is one of the only restaurants I go consistently too. The staff I feel are always welcoming and willing to help - I’ve never felt rushed and it’s a very relaxed vibe which I love. The food has never let me down and the drinks are always sublime - I had the Salt and chilli burger and can’t recommend this restaurant enough to friends and family. Thanks

Great food great service great value- a bit dark for trying to read a menu at my age though

First visit and food was excellent. We had the ribs & wings plate and 3 small plates wings, tater tots and chicken tenders. Took a risk on frickles which turned out to be awesome. Went on a Wed afternoon so was extremely quiet should have better atmosphere when full.

Thundercat has became our go-to when dining out. My daughter has coeliac disease and the NGCI menu is brilliant, loads to choose from and the kitchen staff use a separate fryer which ensures peace of mind. The main menu has plenty of choice too, as does the cocktail menu. Great atmosphere, love the decor and the music too. The staff are always so friendly and very efficient too, never wait long at all for drinks or food to arrive at the table. Brilliant value for money, particularly the lunch menu where you get a starter, a main and a drink for £14.50. The portion sizes are huge so always leave feeling full. Highly recommend!
