Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Hapeville

I recently went to the Sunday brunch. It was my first time eating at the restaurant, and I took 2 friends with me from out of town. Bottom line is that the food was FIRE!!! I'm from New Orleans and know a thing or two about how it's done there, and this food is done all the way right. I had the Chicken and Croffles (croissant/waffle mix). Those were the best waffles I've ever had anywhere!!! I can't even begin to explain how good they are. One of friends had the grits and fried catfish and the other the french toast breakfast. We all agreed EVERYTHING was a 10 out of 10!!! The customer service was good and the food is NO JOKE!!!

Marcel is hands down one of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been to!! From the ambiance to the service and, of course, the food, everything was absolutely perfect! Our server, Yancy, was amazing! He took his time explaining the menu to us and was so kind, patient, and attentive throughout our experience. My friend and I both ordered the New York strip along with the pomme purée, and everything was absolutely delicious! Although we didn’t arrive with the biggest appetites, we enjoyed every bite! We both agreed that we’re DEFINITELY coming back, and next time, we’re making sure to come on an empty stomach so we can explore even more of the menu! 😭💕

The experience at Two Urban Licks was amazing. We had a group of 6 and sat outside. The noise level was great. The service was amazing. We never wanted for anything. The servers went the extra mile with hospitality and service. The food was even better. I would give it a 5 out of 5 across the board. We had the Salmon chips and then a variety of main dishes and 4 different sides. Every one of the guests in our group commented on how great the food was. Three of those group members run their own restaurants, so great praise from them. Thank you for a great experience. I will come back next time I am in Atlanta.
