We went with friends for the Sunday lunch. The food was excellent. Two had the delicious roast dinners and two had fish. Portions were just right. The service was excellent. It’s so nice to see a pub which still feels like a proper community pub and to see people, young and old, just being happy. A great pub and can’t wait to go back.

Food was fabulous. Adam makes some superb dishes with real imagination. The lamb and the pulled pork belly were outstanding and my vegetarian daughter raved about the mushroom burger. It would be nice to have some draft beers.

A lovely week night dinner, an excellent QR code system for one of our diners with food allergies. You can scan the QR code and all of the ingredients are displayed. Great to see the restaurant was busy on a Monday evening.
