Best Lunch Restaurants in Springfield

Locust was extraordinary. The menu is small, but every dish felt like something the team had perfected: razor clams, beef tartare, mushroom and uni risotto, a crab omelette, and brill with traditional Irish chips. And then dessert—a wonderful Earl Grey and raspberry shaved ice with crème brûlée mousse—that somehow made an already memorable meal even better. The food was inventive, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor, but the experience was made just as special by the lovely team. Thoughtful, warm, and welcoming from beginning to end. One of the best meals we’ve ever had - we can't wait to go back for the lunchtime tasting menu.

Always an amazing time at Limo. We branched out and tried the pulpo anticucheros and the flavors were so spot on. Can’t wait to go back!

The food and service were amazing! We had a group of 15 ladies for lunch. Our waitress did an outstanding job. All of our food came out together and was served flawlessly. We commented that we all ordered different dishes and each was delicious. I can highly recommend their Lemon artichoke soup and trout, and the best little cranberry biscuits! It was all delicious! The restaurant was also beautiful and parking so easy, valet! I will definitely dine there again.

The salmon tartare was incredible. So glad we decided to sample it!!! Our fish entries were perfectly cooked, and our squash-and-whipped feta side was the perfect accompaniment. We aren’t locals, but will return to this restaurant next time we are in town!
