- HHeleneKansas City / Kansas •5 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 9, 2026We had a lovely dinner and the service and attention couldn't have been better! Everything that people have praised Mangia Bistro about in reviews that we read we found to be true! We don't generally comment on individual entries, yet the lobster ravioli was amazing. Definitely will be on our "we will be back" list! One additional comment is that others have commented the volume level was high but we didn't have any problems with noise. Perhaps if there was a large gregarious party, the noise level would be much higher but that's true with any restaurant.More infoMangia Bistro and Bar$$$$• Italian• Scranton•4.9
