Best Lunch Restaurants in Redding

Good restaurant and on the property of Gaia Hotel. Not big, but good food, great service

We always have a good meal at Rock & Brews. This was the first time we tried the Saturday Brunch. It was pared down from the typical Sunday Brunch but still had the usual breakfast items such as: eggs to order, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, a carving station, simple salad bar, oatmeal, soup and some hot meat and/or vegetable dishes. There was also a dessert station. We sampled the beignets, warm peach cobbler, carrot cake and chocolate mousse. YUM to ALL! Being able to make a reservation online was very helpful and meant we could use the "reservation line" at the restaurant which save us from having to stand in a long line.

We had the best dinner! Jameson took great care to explain and answer any questions on the menu - served us perfectly and couldn't have been more attentive! The menu is diverse and was hard to choose from so many great items. My husband had the flank steak- it was superb!! I had the fish tacos/ outstanding! The ambience and the view are amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jameson!
