Good, fresh food and ample portions. I had the fish pie and it was full of fish with just enough sauce to make it moist. Topping was a nice amount of mash and a toasty crust of cheese. Definitely going to have again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booking is probably essential in all but the quietest parts of the year, when the weather is putting people off going out!!

We dined here and enjoyed it so much that we came back the next night! Seafood dishes were excellent but we also had amazing roast dinners when we returned. The staff are warm and friendly and the hotel has a welcoming ambience. It was a bonus that there are dog free dining areas too.
