    as someone with celiac disease, i will say that this is one of my favorite ‘go-to’ places; most of the menu is gf, or can be easily made so, and with no sacrifice of taste/texture.. in fact my dining companions are usually very surprised to find out that they’re eating gluten free! and the fish and chips is among the best i’ve ever had, gf or not the bar is great, and the service is excellent also- dog-friendly!

    Amazing gem of a restaurant that we found driving thru Montecito. The quaint exterior caught my eye and when I looked up Lilac on Open Table the reviews lured me in. Everything was a 10 from food to service. The restaurant ambiance was wonderful. And we loved our server, Alexandria. Can’t wait to visit again!
