Canyon Kitchen is always a pleasure. The food is innovative and well presented. The staff are well trained, and make for a delightful part of the evening. The setting is beautiful, unfortunately with the heavy rain, we were unable to take advantage of the outside venues. The oyster appetizer is always a treat. Look forward to our next visit.

I ate at the bar where I have the opportunity to observe the amazing Kayla in action. She was very attentive despite being busy and made sure that all of my food and beverages were to my liking. I had a wonderful dinner and I will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the Caledonia Restaurant in the beautiful mountains of Helen GA! The ambiance and food were perfect! I got the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection! Reagan was our server and she was very helpful in answering our questions and making suggestions. We will definitely be back!

We were warmly greeted by Heather who immediately wished my husband a happy birthday, which I had told the restaurant on my reservation. Our server, Ayu, was also very pleasant and quickly brought us drinks and took our order. My husband had the peach bourbon pork hop and I had the lobster bisque and shrimp cocktail. It was all delicious! My husband also enjoyed the creme brûlée. It was a lovely birthday meal, and we will definitely be returning.
