Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Park City

Everything was perfect!! Alex at the bar was attentive. The manager was even better.

Had a very nice birthday dinner, Server Lucas, was excellent and very attentive. the beet and dip appetizer were excellent. Reservation was early, and the environment was very peaceful.

I’m LOVING the new menu. The sea bass is one of my favorite dishes in Salt Lake. It’s so well balanced with texture and flavor. Good job new Chef!

Excellent overall experience. The only negatives were, 1. Somewhat too loud, even with the small amount of customers, there’s just nothing that really absorbs sound in the space 2. Quality of the live music. Might just be my taste, but I’ve heard a lot better Jazz in restaurants far less fancy The positives! Staff-amazing. One of the guys noticed our table wobbled a little and immediately fixed it. Never felt like I was looking for a waiter, ours was always available when needed and also never seemed to hover. Hard to balance those but they did really well Food! Taste and plating were incredible! Overall look, presentation, temperature, all excellent. Drinks were amazing as well - notably so My only suggestion would be give the staff a little more training on specific menu items and pairing suggestions. Our guy seemed to struggle there and didn’t seem to really have much knowledge about tasting/pairing etc.

Phenomenal customer service. Excellent food. Their ribeye cap is the best steak in Utah.
