Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Vacaville

Very nice experience. We had a very nice table as requested a window seat with a spectacular view of the stage. Celebrating our anniversary was extant Ember Steakhouse!

Food, especially the rib eye, NEVER disappoints. Our waitress, Gianna, was friendly, courteous and funny. So were the Adolfo, the manager, the hosts and busboys. We were seated in one of the smaller room, which was nice and quieter than the main room. The meal wasn't cheap, but so is everything these days so it's expected. It was our 34th wedding anniversary and the staff made it more special with a picture, champagne and dessert. We come here every year for our anniversary, so we'll see you next year! Thank you again.

the whole experience was amazing -- getting a kitchen tour and a chance to chat with the Exec Chef was really really nice. the food was amazing as was the service. the price is high, as expected so not complaining. We'd return, obviously for special occasions.

Wow! First time and couldn’t have been better. Spontaneously decided to pop in for my husbands birthday dinner and the food/service was great. AJ was our server and was perfectly attentive. He brought extra sauce for my young son and chose my husband’s dinner because he couldn’t decide. Food was sooooo so good, can’t wait to come back and try more!

Upon Arriving: Valet: A gracious door opener and took control of the situation. Host: was on top of his game making sure we experienced a pleasant greeting and our table was perfectly located. Waiter: Knowledgeable at his craft . Good timing as to when courses were removed and added to the table. Provided a relaxed atmosphere with professional attitude. Bussers: These guys never get enough credit. Excellent team. Food: Salads and prime rib all first rate. Sides were all very good. To consider adding: Expand dessert menu. Consider table side prepared Caesar. Thanks for a great time..will definitely return.
