The restaurant lived up to its reputation. From the time we entered to the time we left, everything was perfect. The food was superb and the service was remarkable. The servers explained, in great detail, each course. The details they provided enhanced the meal and helped us appreciate the skill that was necessary to create each memorable dish.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Mastro’s! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was exceptional. Every bite exceeded all our expectations. The food alone made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! Our waiter, Pedro, was incredibly attentive and professional, and the entire wait staff went above and beyond. From keeping our water glasses filled and clearing the table to carefully packing our leftovers, every detail was handled perfectly. We also appreciated being seated at a spacious four-person table, as we love sitting next to each other when dining out. The staff made our anniversary even more special with a lovely anniversary dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Between the phenomenal food, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality, Mastro’s truly set a new standard for us. A huge thank you to Pedro, the management (Brian and Andrew), and the entire team for making our anniversary unforgettable. We will absolutely be back!

Got a wonderful dinner with my parents. The service and quality of the food were astonishing. They happily accommodated my mother’s dietary restrictions (she has seafood allergies) by swapping out some dishes with vegetarian ones, and she was very impressed by them. The portions are generous but not too overwhelming. Overall very much worth the price.

I've eaten here many times over the years. It is one of my favorite SF restaurants. Great atmosphere and food (always get the pasta with Truffles if it is on the menu), service is first-rate, and it has a fantastic wine program. Always ask for more Parker House rolls.

What an incredible night celebrating Carlos’ birthday at Bar Crenn! From the moment we walked in, everything was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening feel special, and their hospitality, attentiveness, and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. The atmosphere was everything! The music set the perfect vibe, the drinks were exceptional, and every appetizer we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything came together so effortlessly, creating the perfect balance of elegance, fun, and an intimate celebration. What really stood out was the staff. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout the night. It’s those little touches that turn a birthday dinner into a memorable experience.
