Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Yorkville

The food is always outstanding, no matter what I order. The wait staff always make me welcome - like I’m a regular (even though I’m not there regularly enough). And the hosts always go out of their way to have me seated straight away, even when I always seem to show up very early for my reservation.

What a wonderful anniversary dinner at Nobu! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The host downstairs was kind, and we were seated at a fabulous table that made the evening feel extra special. Our server was fantastic—warm, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They answered all our questions, helped us navigate the menu, and never once made us feel rushed. We were able to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and really savor the evening. And the FOOD! Everything was DELISH! The yellowtail, miso black cod, crispy rice with tuna, beef skewers, and donuts were all fabulous. I had the specialty martini (I believe the Matsuhisa Martini), which was deliciously dry and exactly my style. Hubbs enjoyed an Old Fashioned, which never disappoints! What really made the evening memorable, though, was how genuinely kind everyone was. The team made our anniversary feel so special, and we left feeling happy, celebrated, and very well fed! Thank you, Nobu, for such a beautiful evening. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

Essential is the best! Christophe is a superb chef whose creativity and superb talent is in every dish. The staff is always friendly and extremely accommodating. We’ll be back soon!

Chef is at her peak these days, tasting menu is wonderful: delicate, beautifully plated, exceptionally balanced cuisune. Always impressive when plates are intensely flavored , yet light and precise. The cocktails are terrific, especially the one that looks like an espresso martini, but its not, made with walnut liqueur . Server was competent, just a bit too much casual New Yorky arrogance. Good value for a prime NyC tasting nenu. We’ll be back.

My wife and I travel All Over the world and love our Michelin restaurants. This was one of the greatest meals we’ve ever had. Service from Nustin was exceptional and the food amazing!
