Complex flavors, stunning plating and a tremendous amount of skill on display. Only negative was the shrimp dish as they weren't fully cleaned. Didn't take away from the taste but surprising for a place as meticulous as this. Service was perfect. Not on top of you the entire meal, personable, knowledgeable and added a great deal of charm to the experience. 9.5/10 meal and I can't wait to come back next season.
