Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Ville St-Laurent/Mont-Royal

We had the most amazing evening dining at adamas for the first time. Such exceptional service and cuisine. Outstanding on every level.

We were there earlier this week for the evening of our special anniversary. It was a complete success. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in. The Maître d' was extremely friendly and welcoming and had a table beside the fireplace waiting for us. Each member of the serving staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed the full tasting menu with wine pairing. Each dish was prepared to perfection, and each wine pairing was explained and matched perfectly with each course. A fantastic experience from beginning to end. We very highly recommend dining at this beautiful restaurant. Thank you!

One of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve every been in Old world, mastercraft paneling adorns the main area. High ceilings and unique wallpaper. The hamachi crisp in coconut milk was devine. Not cheap but worth every penny. Service was friendly and not stuffy and was professional. A must see restaurant. I made the reservation with Open Door. Strangely I got an email that said the restaurant canceled my reservation. So when we got there that’s is what we were told. However being a Monday night we were seated.

Really enjoyed Rib & Reef. Cozy atmosphere, excellent food and genuinely great service. It has that classic Montreal steakhouse feel and feels special without being stuffy. If I had one small criticism, the music was a bit loud for such a cozy restaurant and made conversation a little harder at times. That said, it certainly didn’t take away from a great evening. Not inexpensive, but worth it. We’ll definitely be back.

Sat at the bar for an enjoyable evening out. Blaze and Gilbert outstanding bartenders and hosts. All food ingredients are fresh and well prepared. Caesar salad, rack of lamb and custom prepared sweetbreads were excellent Elegant surroundings
