- JJBTampa / Central Florida West •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI’m an old acquaintance of Ken’s, and have been waiting to make it up to Boston for a very long time. His restaurants didn’t disappoint! Wasn’t able to make our res at Little Donkey, but we’ll make it when we’re back in Jan. Vervein café with chef Monica and Faccia a Faccia are pristine well oiled machines putting out art on every plate. From the tuna tartar and carpaccio to the bolognese, hanger and tiramisu, this place competes on a whole other level! We sat at the bar, had excellent cocktails and service by Gerardo, a true professional. We have been in the service industry for over 30 years, and we’re still talking about this dinner a week later! Bravo Ken and team! We can’t wait to come back and get to Toro and the other spots.More infoFaccia a Faccia$$$$• Italian• Back Bay•4.7
