The night we were there it was with a smoked chive butter. Delicious. The chicken tinga flautas were fabulous, as were our entrees of short rib ragu and tagliatelle bolognese. We feel so fortunate to be locals (Windham) knowing we will be able to return any time we like. Oh, and parking was easy. They have parking spots for the restaurant in the back. (We had an early reservation though, so getting those spots later in the evening may be harder. I don't know.)
