Made a reservation and got seating quickly, our server Sam was very friendly and prompt with our order. Food was served timely and serving sizes were just right. It was your typical Spaghetti Factory dinner, salad, bread, spaghetti and of course spumoni ice cream to top it off! We left satisfied and full. Plus, my dinner was free because it was my birthday and I, of course, am a rewards member!

Friendly servers both in the bar and restaurant. Pork chops were tasty, better than the steak frites. Had the affogato for dessert which I highly recommend. Place was packed so a little loud.

I had a wonderful experience at Toulouse. Today was my 2 year anniversary with my girlfriend, and Toulouse played a huge part in making my evening with her special. We were seated at a great booth by the candle-lit wall and had a great view of the room. The food and drinks were exceptional. Great soups to start the evening- which led us to our main courses of bolognese and the big east junbalya. Both fantastic dishes with bold flavors! To top things off we got a special anniversary dessert, beignets and vanilla ice cream! Fantastic evening. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Our group of 5 was able to sit outside by the fire table. The staff were very accommodating in bringing over more heat lamps as it was a chilly evening. We all ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup & it was tasty & just right for all of us along with cocktails. Stand out service by Carlos!!
