Doug was an excellent server, very responsive to all our requests. Food was very good, just the right amount of spice and aromatics. It was loud, though, hard for the first half hour for our old ears to hear each other until the lunch crowd finished up and left us alone.

I needed a place to go with friends where we could talk and linger over our lunch. Bistro 83 fit that bill to a T - our Waitress Julie was one of the best I have ever had - we loved her large dimples. She was pleasant, friendly and very attentive.

Our foursome loved the restaurant. Great food, plenty to choose from on the menu, and a very warm atmosphere with friendly service. I don't live in the area but if I am ever anywhere near here I will come back.
