What a wonderful dinner!! Our waiter was awesome, attentive and kind. The food was delicious.

Excellent dinner at The Capital Grille. I had the seared tuna, which was fresh and perfectly prepared. The filet mignon and sea bass were both outstanding and cooked beautifully. We finished with the chocolate mousse cake and cheesecake—both were delicious. Great food, great experience, and definitely worth a return visit.

Watching the chefs expertly break down the fish with such precision and skill was both entertaining and educational. The quality and freshness of the tuna were exceptional, and every bite was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The staff was warm, attentive, and made the entire evening feel special. If you have the opportunity to attend one of these ceremonies, don’t hesitate—it’s a unique dining experience that’s worth every minute.
