    As usual Chef Flaherty did not disappoint! Have followed him from restaurant to restaurant. The cocktails were yummy (Pisco Sour), Beef Tenderlojn. tartare excellent as well as the eggplant dip (and I’m not a huge fan of eggplant). My mussels were quite good and the salmon excellent. Our waitress Lexi was absolutely fantastic!!! She made helpful suggestions, was warm and attentive! Along with the terrific food she made our night perfect!

    We have been to Cooper's Hawk multiple times, and the experience has always been great! Food is delicious with good portions, and service is excellent! Although it was busy when we were there, we had no issues having a nice, casual conversation with the couple there with us. Value is very good for an experience that always exceeds our expectations! We will definitely be back again (and again).

    I am diary and gluten free and the chef was able to make me linguine and clams without dairy and using incredible gluten free pasta. Thank you!!!! One of the best meals I’ve had with my dietary restrictions. Our server Lexie was also kind and incredible. We will be back.
