Absolutely incredible food and such lovely friendly service. Amazing to have the air con on such a hot day.

Absolutely amazing experience for my first time visiting this particular restaurant. I have been to other soho tavern restaurants before. However, this one in Mere Green was absolutely outstanding. The brunch menu was next level, out of this world, and the staff were fantastic, brilliant, and prompt service. 10/10 for service, food, and overall experience.

What a brilliant meal. Our plumber recommended The Elms, so we thought we’d give it a go for the wife’s birthday. I was taking a risk, but it absolutely paid off.The food was fantastic and the service was spot‑on — friendly, helpful and never intrusive. We didn’t realise it was Steak Night, and the waitress letting us know about the free bottle of wine was a lovely touch.The steaks were perfect: great char, juicy inside, and full of flavour. Great food, great value, great night.

From entry to leaving the team were very professional and attentive. We were a group of 6 and the Lagan team were very efficient in taking food orders and checking in when we needed another drink. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. When it comes to customer service, the Lagan team are first class. The food was very well priced, very tasty and we all agreed it was great value for money as were all the drinks. We had a great evening and would recommend Lagan to anyone.
