A great find along the Embarcadero. Parking nearby. Professional and friendly staff. The sole almondine is a must. Just a standout dish. Hanger steak and frittes was also good. A fine selection of French wine.

This is a quaint cozy restaurant. The food was delicious and our server was excellent. We started with the grilled octopus and butternut squash soup. For our entrée we chose the mushroom risotto. We will be back!

Second time at La Cigale -just love this place. Food is so seasonal and local and unique and memorable! It’s a great place to celebrate a special occasion - and feels both cozy/homey and fancy! Service is attentive but not intrusive.I love the prix fixe approach, and with gratuity included it feels uncomplicated (although it isn’t cheap, it is very clear what it will cost!). And a fab wine list!
