Best Tapas Restaurants in North Portland

Outstanding. Have been twice now and can’t wait to go again. Their cocktails are amazing and each dish we tried was excellent, without exception.

Amazing food! Great service. Loved the all you can eat 2 hour option. Drinks were great!

First time to Vya, and it won't be the last. The food was excellent. We had a couple of tapas followed by a seafood and chicken paella. Great! But, equal to the food was the staff. It's not often that you go into a restaurant that you are met with a support staff that are so engaging and helpful. Via restaurant-10 Via staff-11.

Fillmore Trattoria is like having dinner with your favorite family members. The best vibes, food, and people, every single time. We love this place.

This was my first visit. I will be back. My friend ordered the Ceasar salad with salmon and the calamari. She liked both. I had some of the calamari and it was very good. I had a Ceasar salad. It was okay. I could have used more dressing. I should have asked for it. The salad was more than plentiful. I also had the steak chimichurri. It was very good. My friend had the bread pudding for dessert. She loved it. I had a bite and it was delicious. The service was outstanding!
