The food was amazing! The staff did an amazing job making my wife’s birthday extra special for her. They had us in a quiet back corner as requested and were so kind and supportive to our younger kids as they were learning proper etiquette for nicer restaurants.

From the food to the atmosphere to the exceptional service, the evening was everything we hoped for and more! First, the FOOD! Absolutely delicious! From the Caesar salad and perfectly prepared steaks and lamb chops to the creamy mac and cheese, roasted carrots, and fresh bread, every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. And the special birthday dessert was the perfect ending to an already wonderful evening! But what truly elevated our experience was the OUTSTANDING service from Erik, our waiter, and Rene, his assistant! These two were absolutely FANTASTIC! Their attentiveness, professionalism, warm personalities, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for throughout the evening. They demonstrated what exceptional fine dining service should look and feel like! As someone who values experiences just as much as great food, I cannot say enough about how special they made this birthday celebration. Spencer’s, you have two absolute gems in Erik and Rene! Please recognize them for the outstanding experience they provide your guests. From the minute we stepped into the entry and thru the entire dinning experience we were treated with smiles courtesy and genuine enthusiasm for having us join them for dinner. Our wait staff was top shelf as was our drinks and meals. If we have the opportunity to dine at this Flemings on our future travels we will make it happen. We enjoy our Flemings in city walk Los Angeles but this one was fantastic.

We tried their 4-course meal special and we were delighted. Brandon offered a friendly service, and despite also attending to a group of 45 in the restaurant, he was still very attentive. The short ribs with Asian sauce was amazing, and the baseball cut sirloin was outstanding, and cooked perfectly.

We kept coming back here because everything was so good! They have an excellent brunch menu as well as an excellent dinner menu. All the drinks are good. Standout appetizer is The Big Chhese, but you do need to order extra bread for it. Our favorite entrée was the Tommy Gun Tacos. For brunch we liked the chicken & waffles and the Eggs Benedict. We also went to their burlesque experience which was very fun!

My wife and I had the Market Table or salad bar. It was the best we have ever had in Salt Lake. We rate it higher than all other Brazil grills. I asked my wife which foods were her favorites, and she pretty much walked down the salad bar and pointed to almost every dish. The lunch price was only $19. You can't beat that with other buffets that are not nearly as delicious and healthy.
