Best Steakhouses in Port Carling

We celebrated a birthday with dinner here and both my wife and I enjoyed the experience. Andy (our server) did a great job making us feel special and also did an excellent job on the table side Caesar Salad :) Great place to go on those special occasions !

We enjoyed two dinners and two breakfasts. Dinner entrees of gnocchi with smoked chicken and short rib pappardelle were outstanding. Subtle yet distinctive flavours permeated both dishes. The second night we each ordered the filet. Outstanding quality meat, cooked to perfection. Sauces and accompaniments were simply amazing. One of the best meals we have enjoyed anywhere. Breakfasts were remarkably well-prepared. Soft scrambled eggs are hard to get right, and they nailed it. All in all, we found this restaurant to be one of the best we’ve enjoyed anywhere.

Great service and great food. Brandon was our server and sommelier, very knowledgeable and wine was excellent and food was fantastic. I had the Branzino and my husband had the Bison steak, cooked perfectly and very tasty. Sour dough bread to start was scrumptious!

We had the ribs and they were very good and reasonably priced. One of our guests wanted to order the Prime Rib dinner but was told they didn't have any. We went at 6:00pm and there was only one other table. Kind of strange they didn't have one of the premier orders on the menu. Waitress that served us was terrific. We will definitely go back.

The owner and his staff were perfect and the Surf n Turf presentation as well as the preparation of superior quality. I would recommend Barcelos in Wasaga to anyone who asked.
