My husband and I went to Carve for our anniversary. It was lovely. The food is always amazing. The Services excellent. The staff is very friendly and the food came out very quickly. The ambience is candle, and very nice for a relaxed mood. Thank you!

Bob’s is a place where we celebrate special occasions - this time my daughter’s birthday. It offers genuine hospitality and delicious food. Our experienced waiter, a gentlemen from Virginia, made us feel right at home and told us not only about the various food options, but also the history of the brand. The manager checked to be sure we were enjoying ourselves and kindly provided a sweet birthday card for our daughter. She varied from the usual steak and chose fried shrimp which were large and perfectly crispy. They were totally accommodating with splitting a steak for myself and my husband, and gave us each one of the famous carrots. They are special, and the steak was cooked to our liking. Our waiter let us know about some salads that were available half-size, which encouraged us to get one. And they kindly provided our daughter with a complementary dessert. Overall, it was a special night, and we appreciate the experience Bob’s provided.
