I had sea bream, served with confit potato and tenderstem broccoli, with a caviare cream sauce. I asked the waitress about the fish (whether it was whole, or filleted), and was happy that it was fillets. Two of them! Perfectly cooked. The confit potato, not an easy thing to cook perfectly, was just that! Keeping it's shape, but soft and creamy. The tenderstem was also perfect, dark and al dente. Absolutely delicious meal! I had a lemon posset afterwards, rich and indulgent, but not too sweet...the perfect dessert to complete the evening.
