The host welcomed us warmly, and Emilio the bartender took great care of us with drinks while our table was being prepared. Our server, Diego, offered exceptionally friendly and attentive service; the paella of the day he suggested was exquisite. Appetizers came out in record time, and the manager checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The flamenco show was the highlight of the night.
