Ryan was the BEST server! This was my second time having him, first on Mother’s Day and now again for my birthday during Bite30, and both experiences were absolutely incredible. The first time was on Mother’s Day, when the restaurant was completely packed, yet Ryan handled everything flawlessly. Despite how busy it was, he made us feel like we had his full attention the entire time. Coming back during a much slower service, we received that exact same level of care, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. It really shows that his outstanding service isn’t dependent on how busy the restaurant is. I’ve worked as a server for years, so I know firsthand how demanding the job can be. Ryan provided exactly the level of attentiveness and hospitality that every server should strive for. He struck the perfect balance of being present without being overbearing, anticipated our needs, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. He treated my friends and I so well and honestly became the highlight of my birthday. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire evening feel special. The service was truly impeccable. The food was amazing, as always, but can we talk about the COCONUT FLAN?! Absolutely phenomenal! Thank you, Ryan, for making my birthday dinner even better than I could have expected. You genuinely cared about us and our experience, and it did not go unnoticed. We can’t wait to come back!
