    This is the forth time I've visited lu lu bar, and as always the food was wonderful and the service was fast and friendly. We went for summerlicious this time, and the prices for what we ate were very good.

Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—from the Tortang Talong and Pancit to the crispy Lechon Kawali with Laing and the warm, freshly baked pandesal. The nostalgic décor, especially the sari-sari store, brought back wonderful memories of home. The staff was warm, welcoming, and embodied the genuine hospitality Filipinos are known for. Kudos to the owners and the entire team for creating a restaurant that celebrates Filipino culture so beautifully. Whether you’re Filipino and missing the flavors of home or trying Filipino cuisine for the first time, Makilala is well worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back! 🇵🇭
