If you are looking for a truly unique Michelin Star experience, the Catbird Seat is it! The U-Shaped counter surrounding the kitchen allows you to be almost part of the cooking experience yourself. With chefs working in the center, you can see how some of the outstanding creations are assembled. From the tweezers to the eyedrops to the pastry fillers, you see it all! And the food? Well, Chefs Tiffani and Andy did not disappoint! And ALL of the chefs, including Tiffani and Andy, serve you the dishes all evening! And don't forget to try the wine pairings!
