Wonderful experience. Particularly great and knowledgeable service. Chickpea fritters were inventive and delicious. We had lemon pasta and gnocchi bolognese as mains. Good sized. Lemon pasta was very tart and gnocchi was very hearty. Taming down lemon and freshening bolognese a bit would be our advice, but both were devoured as prepared.

Hostess was rude. (Not a good first impression!) Waitress was awesome (Yvette) She made our first experience amazing! Every recommendation she made was on point from drinks to dessert! Because of her excellent service, recommendations and ability to make sure we were happy, we will definitely go back again (and again!!)

Excellent restaurant, nostalgic yet timeless. The food, drinks, and service was excellent. The calamari is always tender and perfect. I have frequented this restaurant a few times and will continue to visit. A great place for small get together, celebration, or date night.

Been a while since we visited Buddy's, and this trip reminded us how good their pizza is. Best in Detroit (or Chicago, or NY). And, the quality of the desserts they serve is outstanding for any restaurant, let alone a pizza joint. On this trip, they were out of the dessert we ordered so they offered us any other dessert for free. So good - we will be back regularly. The $3.00 beer night was great too!
