YO CUZ, what an amazing experience and night! Our group was made up of some visiting from Rhode Island and the rest visiting from California, and a night was had! Our waiter and Chef Martorano, both went out of their way to make sure the experience was special for the group. Attentive, efficient and perfect service, while Chef kept sending unexpected yet absolutely delicious and appreciated appetizers for the table to indulge in. From the tripe to the “best meatball” my friend ever had in his life, to the calamari, all the appetizers shined. Everyone loved their entrees, while I especially loved my cavatelli with spicy cognac, and that kick that hits just as you’d hope for. At the end of the evening, our waiter brought us back into the kitchen to meet Chef/Steve and take a group picture. A touch that just put the icing on the cake for the entire group. Felt like going backstage at a concert, even for us grown adults. Chef, you are appreciated for not only cooking such delicious meals, but choosing to connect with all your patrons, regardless what you might be dealing with that day, and doing it in a way that leaves a lasting impression. I will absolutely be back, the next time in Fort Lauderdale. While my friend stated he’s considering returning each day this week to order the meatball again!
