Best Seafood Restaurants in Dornoch

Having moved away from the area over 3 years ago, this was our first visit since a change of ownership of one of our favourite haunts. We were delighted that the experience matched our expectations. The service and the food were excellent, and the evening was enhanced by glorious weather.

We love Prime. Staff great and seafood is a treat for Scots living in middle of darkest England. Seafood platter perfect starter to share, followed by lobster thermidor for me and duck for him. Going again before we head south on Sunday so looking forward to a yummy final dinner of our holiday.

Came here for a quiet birthday dinner with my folks on a Monday evening - the food and service was excellent, and there were a good few tables busy to give a great ambience. Our waiter and waitress were perfect - non-intrusive but there when we needed them. Delicious mains and desserts.

My family and I recently ate at The Babette. I asked to change the timings of the reservation at short notice and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our server was knowledgable about the menu and was very welcoming but not over bearing. The food was fresh and tasted great. The ambience of the place was nice, and i think this had a lot to do with the service. Definitely one to return to next time I visit Inverness.

Wonderful meal from pre dinner drinks, starters and mains. Really liked all the choices on the menu. Service was attentive and explained the menu well. We would certainly go back.
