My wife had the arctic char, and for someone who doesn't like fishy food, she absolutely loves it. It is cooked perfectly and the skin is crispy with great flavour complementing the ratatouille. The bison tartar with ramps was fresh and a nice start to the palate. And a Pumpkin Cheesecake was a new twist on cheesecake that we had not had before and it did not miss.
