What a really cool place. The wee Greek fella and the Cuban waitress were brilliant, hilarious and super attentive. The vibe of this place was just so, so cool. The manager showed us the prep they had done for a wedding the following day and it was really impressive how pleased they were with what they had prepared. I hope the happy couple appreciate the effort that had clearly put in. The sharing seafood starter was outrageous. Prawn Cocktail was the favourite but wow, great sharing starter.

The choice of food for Sunday lunch was great. We had the 3 meat options. Everything was perfectly cooked, with a delicious range of vegetables and superb gravy. Desserts are fantastic too, if you have room for one. The food was served promptly, the staff are friendly, attentive and professional. It's a wonderful pub and restaurant, with stunning views and a good selection of drinks. They have created a relaxing and calm space for couples, families and larger groups to enjoy excellent food. We have been dining here for over 12 years now, and their standards are consistently high. We would highly recommend this as a great place to eat at any time of day. Thank you.

Really lovely morning brunch for my mams birthday, had been for a Saturday brunch with my partner and loved it so decided to take my family. Can not recommend the Boldon rarebit enough, it is delicious with a side order of crispy pancetta, what's not to like. Friendly atmosphere, attentive pleasant staff and beautiful food. Will be back very soon.

Lovely restaurant, food was very tasty, had Sunday lunch, dropped one star as it coukd have been a little hotter, but it was still fine. Plenty of vegetables came with the mains. Staff were very nice, blonde waitress was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Overall, a lovely afternoon.
