    El Cepo is a wonderful restaurant nestled in the mountains of Lares. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the mountain views are simply spectacular. If you make a reservation online, make sure you mention that you want to be seated by the balcony to appreciate the view of the mountains. Once on-site, go to "el mirador", which is the tower they built for you to enjoy a 360 view of the area. Enjoying authentic Puerto Rican cuisine surrounded by such beautiful scenery made for a memorable experience. If you're exploring the central mountains of Puerto Rico, this restaurant is definitely worth the visit.
