Really good food, nice place, will definitely go again. This time, we had a very noisy trio behind us; we should have asked to move (there were plenty of alternative tables available). The staff were lovely too.

Have been to Lesters before and always pleased. Haven’t been for a while due to getting there as easily since bridge collapse and road closure which must have affected their footfall unfortunately. We don’t eat out very often but Lesters would be our first choice locally.

Thank you so much to Rick, Cath & the team at The Hen House Hednesford. We held my dad’s 70th birthday celebration here on Saturday night, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, the team made the occasion feel so special. The food was absolutely delicious the ham on the sandwiches was scrumptious, the kids devoured the chicken nuggets and chips, everyone commented on the food. A massive thank you to all the staff for being so wonderfully accommodating. Thank you for helping us create such fantastic memories—we will definitely be back to host our next event. Paul & I will be back in the week for a meal, the value for money on the evening meals is outstanding as is the quality. Thanks again Rick & Cath Nic, Paul and the rest of our family.

The food here has always been excellent. The staff are always welcoming professional and very pleasant. We always eat in the ,very comfortable bar as we have a dog. The beer (Butty Bach) is always on good form the house wine is well chosen and very nice. Overall it is all priced very reasonably for such good quality fare. This is by far our favourite pub we shall keep coming.
