It was a great dinner and experience. Our Waiter, Chris, is probably the best waiter I’ve ever had anywhere; Constantly checking in, making eye contact every chance to make sure our needs were met. Excellent experience for our anniversary

Enjoyed this visit from start to finish. The bartender was very friendly and our waitress was excellent. We had the short rib which was outstanding and my wife loved her burger. Both were great dishes. We will be back.

Our meal was wonderful! We started with the meatball appetizer which was huge!!! The meatball was very tasty and the sauce was delicious!!! For the main course I had the lamb chop lollipops. They were cooked to perfection with a very nice spice blend They were accompanied by green beans and potato purée. I was not a fan of the beans. They had an odd taste but the potatoes were beautiful. We shared carrot cake for dessert. It was moist and very tasty with a good frosting to cake ratio. Our server was attentive and pleasant and the atmosphere was romantic and quiet. I highly recommend this steakhouse!!! We were recently at The Gregory. Lake Barrington is 1000 percent better!!!

Exceptional service and food! Not a bad thing to say. Our server made incredible recommendations with our wine and dessert. The steaks were amazing, as was the bone marrow we started with. It’s really saying something when the mushroom and truffle risotto was the least touched dish on the table (incredible, but so was everything else!)
