The restaurant's ambiance is very nice but not fussy at all. Our waitress (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) was delightful! She was knowledgeable and very accommodating in answering our questions. She was attentive but not overbearing. My husband had the Salted Caramel Chicken Sandwich and I had a salad with chicken, and both were excellent. We would definitely go back to Sea Level if we're ever in Newburyport again.
