Best Modern European Restaurants in South Orange

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic dinner at Sapori in Montclair. The food was outstanding, especially the seafood special appetizer with grilled octopus, calamari, and shrimp. Everything was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The octopus and shrimp were excellent, but the calamari was the real standout. Hands down, the best calamari I've ever had! The service was just as impressive as the food. Absolutely top-notch from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It's clear they take pride in providing a great dining experience, and that level of service really makes a difference. You can tell the kitchen takes tremendous pride in the quality of the food and how it's prepared. Between the incredible food, exceptional service, and welcoming atmosphere, Sapori really delivers on every level. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

Great meal, although the curry could feed 2 people easily. ;-) My friend and I were given a roomy booth, even though we were just a twosome. Not once did anyone rush us or pressure us to leave. It was just a lovely evening.
