Best Modern European Restaurants in Hucknall

We went on a particularly busy Saturday night and despite being short-staffed, the two waitresses did an amazing job. Me and my sister were celebrating our birthday and we received a complimentary glass of prosecco, which was a lovely touch. We both chose the rib eye steak which was one of the best steak's we'd ever had - perfect. The restaurant itself was lovely with a really nice atmosphere. Knocked a star off for value, as the desserts could have done with being a bit bigger. However, heartily recommend this restaurant, in fact we did, to our fellow guesthouse visitors!

We received such a lovely warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The menu was full of tempting dishes, making it really difficult to choose! I eventually went for the scallops followed by the sea bass, and both were absolutely delicious. We were also recommended a bottle of Argentinian Malbec that the restaurant was trialling, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. A really lovely evening, with great food, wine and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!

After randomly finding this place we were overwhelmed at just how fantastic it was.. The food was spot on, the service excellent and the quality of the table etc was perfection.. We will be back
