The cooking starts with what is in season and what is coming off local boats: fresh seafood, vegetables, citrus and herbs from thoughtful farms, handmade pasta and bread baked in house.The raw bar serves oysters and crudo. Influences move across cuisines and coastlines, held together by good ingredients and refined technique, so some dishes are familiar and others unexpected. The menu changes with seasonality and availability.The bar pours classic and signature cocktails beside a wine list built on quality and discovery, from familiar producers to lesser known ones. The 5x5 happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 5pm: five wines, five cocktails and five bites, with the full menu also available.

Everything was amazing here! the service was fantastic with Daniella. What really impressed me and made me feel so cared for is their attention to food allergies. She explained that Sixty Vines takes food allergies and intolerances very seriously and that this is something they are very invested in and I could tell how much care there was. The food was wonderful! We shared some plates and the Margherita pizza and it was wonderful. A stand out for me was the hummus. The flavors were so fresh and amazing. I also really loved my red wine from the Rhône region. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Our hostess, Jane, found a delightful table by the water. Instead of waiting for it to be set up, she jumped in and set it up for us. Super sweet! Zeke, had perfect timing and was professional and made great suggestions. The eggs benedict with blackened shrimp was wonderful and my husband's Cobb Salad was delicious! We will be back!

The food was so delicious and balanced. Each item had its own unique flavors that paired well with each other. The Amuse bouche came with an amazing sauce we wanted for every dish. The salmon and lamb were cooked to perfection as well. Service was great even though they had a very full house.

The venue is as nice as it gets in Fort Lauderdale. The service is outstanding. We were a party of three and split a broiled seafood platter as an appetizer (fantastic), a beets salad and two entrees. All perfectly prepared. Noise level was low enough to easily converse. Del Mar checks all the boxes.
