Best Mediterranean Restaurants in Chillicothe

Absolutely loved Amara! The food was delicious and perfectly prepared, and the service was outstanding, easily some of the best in town. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us make some great choices. Amara has quickly become one of my favorite places to dine, and I can’t wait to return!

What a beautiful view and wonderful ambience! Our waitress was fantastic- attentive, detailed with the menu and suggestions, and the food was amazing. The espresso martini was outstanding. And the whipped feta appetizer was delish. We also had the wagyu dumplings which were unique but tasteful.

We love this place very much. Victorian Village gem. I love a restaurant where you can tell that the chef, kitchen, and staff care about the food. We came for the Monday night fried chicken deal, outstanding and generous as usual. Tried the chrispy pork belly appetizer and the flavors, texture and presentation were eye-popping good. Even down to the pea shoot garnish. The menu stays fresh and changes frequently so, it's a very repeatable spot. While we didn't get there this time, the charcuterie section never disappoints. Should have tried the smoked beef salami.... next time! See you soon, Alqueria.
