The Chicken piccata and the carbonara were awesome!

We had a party of six and we were waited on by Sophia. We had several different appetizers and entrees (brunch) and we all loved our food. Sophia was a lovely server who had great energy and a wonderful sense of humor and we had a lot of fun the whole time. The spot has a great vibe, very very good food and now upon my return I'll be requesting Sophia. If you're in or around the Town Center and you're considering restaurants by all means give Makers Union a try.

This was my fist time in a hookah restaurant, but I had nothing short of a wonderful experience. I reserved a table on Friday night with three of my friends. We were greeted immediately, shown to our table (which had very comfortable chairs and couch), and our appetizer and hookah order was taken moments later. The food was delicious and most of it was made in house, down to the seasonings they used. The environment was relaxing but encouraged conversation. Looking around at other groups in the restaurant, I rarely saw a person on their phone, which I am a huge advocate for. I have no idea why there are such negative reviews about this place. I hope to come back with the same group of friends in a week or two.
