Marouch is excellent. I have been eating middle eastern cuisine since I was a child, and have eaten at many great middle eastern restaurants. Marouch is one of the best I have eaten at. The food is classic, no exotic twists or fusion tastes; but every dish is executed flawlessly. The meats are spiced delicately and cooked to the perfect degree of moist doneness. The hummus is creamy and delicious. We have eaten there three times and every bite has been perfect. I particularly recommend the mix grill, with six different types of meat kebabs, the quail, which was crispy and delicious and the baklava which was not soggy. A truly fantastic restaurant.
