Enjoyed the Omakase experience. Chef May served us herself and shared stories, pictures, and an outstanding meal with us. All the food was fantastic, with highlights like the Sea Breem, the bison dumpling, and Shishamo (I hope I got that right after researching!) Would have liked to know the cost beforehand, as it was expensive, but certainly with it for a birthday experience
