We had one person with a lot of restrictions on diet and the folks at Paju responded via Open Table, engaged and assured us they could accommodate. This was huge for us. We ordered almost the whole menu of starters and shared plates. The octopus, oysters and gem salad were superb; the mushroom also really good. We were a little disappointed with the Yellowtail and the pancake - to be clear, we are return visitors (avg 5 times a year) to Paju and we think it is one of the best restaurants in Seattle, so this comment is more relative to their own high standards than an absolute statement or negative in any way.
